Tekesh Meena was born on 15 July 1997 in Bandikui, Rajasthan. He was raised in an academically-oriented family. His father, Professor Bharat Lal Meena, is a retired principal of Government College, Dausa. Growing up in Bandikui, Tekesh developed a strong interest in governance, public service, education, reading, and writing from an early age.
