Suresh Babu S brings more than 33 years of experience across technology, project management, corporate leadership, people development, entrepreneurship, and AI-powered business transformation. During his earlier stint at Microsoft Corporation, he contributed to the organisation’s early cloud-services journey by building and scaling a delivery team that managed customer email migrations. This work contributed to migrating the first one million mailboxes globally to Microsoft’s emerging cloud environment, associated with Outlook/Exchange and Office 365.
He integrates artificial intelligence with behavioural understanding, leadership development, and execution systems, advocating the principle: People + Processes + AI = Sustainable Business Growth. At Microsoft, he received the GPGP recognition and represented Microsoft Services Global Delivery India as a speaker at the xDM conference in Orlando, United States.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, as a BNI Support Director Consultant, Suresh played a pivotal role in moving approximately 65 BNI chapters and more than 2,000 entrepreneurs in Bengaluru from physical meetings to online operations over a single weekend, maintaining business networking and member engagement.
In 2013, he founded One Life Academy to help individuals, leaders, and organisations improve performance through leadership development, project management, behavioural science, coaching, and technology. He has trained more than 10,000 professionals, delivered over 1,000 workshops, and coached or mentored more than 100 CXOs and business leaders.
He subsequently founded BACH - Business, AI & ChatGPT Hub to make artificial intelligence practical, accessible, and actionable for entrepreneurs and MSMEs. BACH brings together business owners, mentors, and professionals to learn, collaborate, and implement AI for productivity, growth, and business transformation.
In 2026, Suresh designed and facilitated a project-leadership intervention for approximately 20 Project Directors associated with the Indian Space Research Organisation. The programme addressed leadership and execution in complex project environments, emphasizing planning, ownership, stakeholder alignment, proactive risk management, and disciplined implementation.
Earlier in his career, Suresh played a role as Program Manager for the Andhra Bank Wide Area Network project at NetSol, expanding the network from approximately 100 to 650 connections, supporting operations across nearly 600 locations and 16 zones. He led a multidisciplinary team of around 30 professionals and contributed to the seamless transition of critical data-centre infrastructure with minimal downtime.
Suresh is a mentor associated with the T-Hub entrepreneurial ecosystem in Hyderabad and has supported founders and emerging ventures in leadership, execution, business strategy, and technology adoption. He has also contributed to professional communities including Toastmasters International and BNI.
