Pranav Badheka is an Indian entrepreneur and business leader, best known as the Chairman of the Pal India Group, a diversified business group with interests in training, shipping and logistics, human resources, and food services, with future plans in academics and the recycling industry. Based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, he has over three decades of experience in managing and expanding multi-sector enterprises.
Early Life and Education
Pranav Badheka earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering and subsequently completed a Master of Technology in Computer Engineering.
He has completed professional certifications including MCSE, CCNA, CompTIA A+, and CompTIA Network+. In addition, he has cleared Rule 8 of the Custom House Agent examination, the AMFI Mutual Fund examination, and General and Life Insurance examinations. He is planning to pursue the Independent Director’s Examination.
For a brief period, he pursued modelling and later worked as a corporate trainer before transitioning fully into entrepreneurship. He currently leads the Pal India Conglomerate and actively explores initiatives related to ESG, CSR, and carbon footprinting.

Pranav Badheka began his professional journey in the mid-1990s and gradually built a diversified business portfolio under the Pal India brand. Since November 2006, he has been leading the group as Chairman.
