Career Journey & Company Foundation
The Sbeng Group of Companies was founded in 2004, focusing on township development and food services. In 2010, Mayur Khillare joined the group and contributed to the successful execution of large-scale township development projects.
Driven by his passion for the food and beverage sector, Mayur ventured into hospitality in 2016, launching a sports bar and lounge in Goa, followed by another in Mumbai. Building on this experience, he transitioned into manufacturing, establishing operations in food processing and beverages.
Over time, this initiative evolved into a diversified consumer goods business, expanding into mineral water, alkaline water, juices, club soda, carbonated drinks, and energy beverages.

Leadership
The company’s Directors are Mayur Khillare, Pallavi Gupta, and Komal Khillare. Jace Café – Sip and Bite, part of the company’s food service division, along with its alkaline water initiative, is a visionary concept founded by Director Pallavi Gupta.

Founder
The company traces its origins to Palpar Venture, founded in 2016 by Mayur Jayan Khillare. It was later rebranded in 2022 as Jace Consumer Goods. Khillare, who also serves as Director of Sbeng Group of Companies, has over a decade of leadership in sales, township development, and corporate compliance, managing projects worth over ₹1000 crore and guiding Jace’s growth in the FMCG sector.
