He has held Board-level and C-suite leadership positions with full P&L responsibility, successfully leading business transformation, corporate governance, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, capital allocation, operational excellence, supply chain optimization, and ESG-driven growth initiatives.

Throughout his career, he has held full P&L responsibility and board-level accountability, leading large, diverse teams while consistently delivering profitable growth, market expansion, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. His expertise spans corporate strategy, business transformation, governance, capital allocation, M&A, supply chain optimization, sustainability, and organizational leadership.

A passionate advocate of the circular economy, Indroneel has emerged as one of India's leading voices in plastics recycling and sustainable manufacturing. He has successfully collaborated with industry, government, technology partners, and global investors to build scalable, high-impact circular economy solutions that combine commercial success with environmental and social impact. His work has helped establish new benchmarks in recycled PET quality, regulatory compliance, and global competitiveness.

Currently serving as President & CEO of Magpet Polymers Private Limited, he is leading one of India's most advanced PET recycling initiatives. Under his leadership, Magpet is building India's first fully integrated bottle-to-bottle, food-grade rPET circular enterprise by combining world-class European technology with strong governance, operational excellence, and inclusive community engagement. The company is setting new standards in sustainable manufacturing while accelerating India's transition towards a circular plastics economy.

Prior to Magpet, Indroneel served as Joint Managing Director & President/COO of IFB Agro Industries Ltd., where he successfully led business restructuring, portfolio rationalization, and strategic transformation initiatives that delivered industry-leading performance. He directed strategic capital investments exceeding USD 25 million, re-engineered complex supply chains, introduced technology-enabled traceability systems in seafood exports, and executed strategic portfolio realignment to unlock long-term shareholder value.

Earlier, as Business Head and Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at IFB Industries Ltd., he consistently delivered above-market growth, strengthened market leadership, and drove award-winning marketing and brand-building initiatives. During his tenure as Chief Financial Officer of IFB Industries Ltd., he established robust financial governance frameworks, maintained a debt-free balance sheet, strengthened enterprise risk management, and institutionalized financial discipline across the organization.

As Chief Executive Officer of Darjeeling Organic Tea Estates, he transformed the business into a branded, omnichannel global enterprise and played a pivotal role in raising approximately USD 20 million through External Commercial Borrowings to support the company's strategic growth.

Beyond corporate leadership, Indroneel is deeply committed to developing future business leaders and entrepreneurs.
