Tage Talin (Nama) is an Indian retired government officer from Arunachal Pradesh. He is known for his extensive service in finance, audit, and pension departments, along with his contributions to social and community development.

Early Life

Tage Talin (Nama) was born on 20 May 1964 in Arunachal Pradesh, India.

Education

He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B), which supported his administrative and legal expertise throughout his career.

Career

Tage Talin began his professional career after successfully clearing the competitive examination conducted by the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission in 1993, following which he was appointed as Finance and Accounts Officer.

During his service, he worked across multiple government departments including:

  • State Transport Service
  • Rural Development
  • Environment and Forests
  • Agriculture
  • District Administration

He was promoted to Senior Finance and Accounts Officer in 2015 and served in departments such as Power, Hydropower, Urban Development, and Public Works Department (PWD).

In 2021, he was promoted to the position of Joint Director of Audit and Pension, and later became Director of Audit and Pension in 2023. During his tenure, he played a significant role in ensuring timely settlement of pension cases for retiring government employees.

He retired from government service in May 2024 upon attaining superannuation. In recognition of his experience and service, he was reappointed as Director of Social Audit Unit, Arunachal Pradesh in 2025.
