Early Life
Dr. Anjali Saraogi was born on 2 November 1979 in Jamshedpur.
“I wasted a good 10 years in the process, but realised the inherent need for someone who could guide and handhold clueless students like me through the rather confusing maze of courses and academics, to ensure they are on the right path – A Saarthi !!”
Thus was born Career Saarthi – An Edu-Tech Platform recognized by Start up-India program under the Government of India.It is designed to cater to all the needs of a student through his/her academic journey, starting as early as Grade 8, and right up to Post Graduation.
Education
Dr. Anjali Saraogi holds a PhD in Career Counselling and Education. She is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and a Certified Global Career Counselor from the University of California. Additionally, she is a Certified Career Analyst™ and a Certified Career Counselor for International studies.

Dr. Anjali Saraogi is the founder of Career Saarthi, an award-winning career counselling and mentorship platform. Over the years, she has mentored many successful careers and curated comprehensive plans to guide students and professionals worldwide. She has delivered impactful masterclasses in multinational companies like Mastercard and Glenmark, as well as prestigious schools including Sacred Heart School, Bombay Cambridge International, and Billabong High School.
Today, Career Saarthi boasts of a strong team of women counsellors, all with rich academic and industry experience, but most importantly, also mothers. We, through our own experiences, know exactly the confusions and concerns parents and students face, and our services are carefully curated to address all of them.
We firmly that every child is different, but gifted, and personalize our program to ensure that the potential of every single student is channelized in the best possible way- And this is our USP !! Dr. Anjali Saraogi is featured among the Top 10 Career Counsellors and education consultants in India and is an empaneled member at National Career Services (NCS).
