Early Life
Ashish Shailesh Paswan was born on 14 September 1995. Inspired by his father's hard work in the construction industry, he began his career working at his father's company, Ashish Construction Private Limited, in Pune.
Education
Ashish completed his Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business in 2018 while simultaneously gaining practical experience in construction management.
Career
Ashish Shailesh Paswan started his professional journey as a site manager in 2016 at Ashish Construction Private Limited. After graduating in 2018, he worked as a senior construction site manager for two years. He was awarded the Youngest Best Site Manager by the Builders Association India in 2019 and recognized as the Youngest Entrepreneur of Maharashtra by Pune Mirror in 2021. Motivated by his achievements and experience, he founded Pramila Group, successfully completing eight projects in Maharashtra by 2026. He has also developed strong political connections across the country.

Ashish is actively involved in social service and runs his own NGO named ASP FOUNDATION in Maharashtra, contributing to various social activities.
