Anudeep Talagavadi Channaiah
Dr. Anudeep Talagavadi Channaiah (also known as Anudeep T C or Anudeep T Channaiah) is an Indian plastic and reconstructive surgeon, researcher, and academician based in Mysore, Karnataka. He is the Director of Mysore Aesthetics, a cosmetic and regenerative medicine centre, and consultant at Manipal Hospitals, Mysore. He is known for his expertise in rhinoplasty, gynecomastia surgery, body contouring, cosmetic gynecology, and regenerative medicine.
Early Life and Education
Dr. Anudeep was born on 7 June 1989 in Mandya, Karnataka. He studied at Carmel Convent, Mandya, Ideal Jawa Rotary School, and Sadvidya School and College, Mysore. An active student leader, he was involved in sports and leadership activities from a young age.
In 2007, he secured rank 99 in the Karnataka CET and pursued MBBS at Mysore Medical College and Research Institute (MMC&RI). He completed MS in General Surgery at MMC&RI, where he served as President of the Junior doctors’ association (JDA) and General secretary of Karnataka Association of Resident Doctors (KARD). He later pursued MCh in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Topiwala National Medical College, Mumbai, receiving the Best Super-Specialty Resident Award and silver medal from the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences. He also earned DrNB in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery from the National Board of Examinations, New Delhi.
Career
After his training, Dr. Anudeep worked as Assistant Professor in Plastic Surgery at TNMC, Mumbai. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he served on the frontline in Mumbai. Currently, he practices as Consultant at Manipal Hospitals, Mysore, and Director of Mysore Aesthetics.

As President of Junior Doctors’ Association and General Secretary of KARD, he led statewide awareness in 2015 advocating for fair stipends and working conditions for resident doctors. His leadership was widely covered in The Hindu, Deccan Herald, and Scroll.

Dr. Anudeep has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications on aesthetic surgery, regenerative medicine, and COVID-19 therapeutics. Some notable works include:

Personal Life
He is the eldest son of Mr. Channaiah C and Mrs. Sujatha AN. He is married to Dr. Madhurya S, a consultant dermatologist in Mysore. Outside medicine, he is a trained salsa dancer and has judged cultural events.
