Indroneel Goho is a Board and C-level leader, independent director, and mentor with over 30 years of senior leadership experience across multiple industries including Consumer Durables, Food & Beverages, Alcohol, Consulting, Steel, Aqua Products, Aqua Feed, and Agri-exports. He has held full P&L responsibility and board-level accountability, managing large, diverse teams and delivering revenue growth, margin expansion, and market-share gains.
He has partnered with industry, government, and global investors to set new benchmarks in recycled PET quality, compliance, and global competitiveness. As a mentor with Stanford Seed and an independent director, he supports next-generation entrepreneurs and sustainability leaders.
Indroneel Goho has held key leadership roles such as Joint Managing Director & President/COO at IFB Agro Industries, where he delivered industry-beating performance through business restructuring and strategic portfolio rationalisation. He has executed strategic capital expenditure projects exceeding USD 25 million, re-engineered supply chains, pioneered technology-led traceability in seafood exports, and led strategic exits and portfolio shifts to unlock shareholder value.
He also served as Business Head and Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at IFB Industries, delivering above-market growth and strengthening brand positioning. As CFO of IFB Industries, he built financial and governance frameworks, maintained a debt-free balance sheet, and implemented risk-management systems. Indroneel Goho was recognized for award-winning marketing innovations.
As CEO of Darjeeling Organic Tea Estates, he transformed the business into a branded, omnichannel global enterprise and was instrumental in bringing in external commercial borrowing of approximately USD 20 million.
Currently, as President & CEO of Magpet Polymers, Indroneel Goho leads one of India’s most advanced PET recycling initiatives. He is driving the transition toward bottle-to-bottle circularity by integrating cutting-edge European technology with a commitment to community empowerment and environmental stewardship. Under his leadership, Magpet Polymers is creating India’s first circular enterprise with a fully integrated bottle-to-bottle, food-grade rPET platform.
