Indroneel Goho has over 30 years of senior leadership experience across diverse sectors including Consumer Durables, Food & Beverages, Alcohol, Consulting, Steel, Aqua Products, Aqua Feed, and Agri-exports. He has held full P&L responsibility and Board-level accountability in complex, regulated, and asset-heavy businesses. Managing large multi-functional teams of over 2,000 employees, he has delivered revenue growth, margin expansion, and market-share gains.
Currently, as President & CEO of MAGPET POLYMERS, Indroneel Goho leads one of India’s advanced PET recycling initiatives. He drives the transition toward bottle-to-bottle circularity by integrating advanced technology with a commitment to community empowerment and environmental stewardship. His expertise includes strategic leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and creating sustainable business models. He partners with industry, government, and global investors to enhance recycled PET quality, compliance, and competitiveness.
Indroneel Goho also serves as a mentor for Stanford Seed and as an independent director, supporting emerging entrepreneurs and sustainability leaders.
