Pawan Kumar Chouhan was born in Jalandhar, Punjab, India. He pursued his Bachelor of Arts from DAV College, Jalandhar, where his passion for cinema and storytelling began to take shape. His early exposure to Punjabi culture and Indian society influenced his interest in creating realistic and emotionally driven films.
