Viraj Ravaria
Viraj Ravaria (born 9 August 1996 in Mumbai, Maharashtra) is an Indian investopreneur, visionary leader, and real estate professional. A school and college dropout turned entrepreneur, he 3× his traditional family business, then found more potential and explored the same industry with new business models in startups, which grew 2× to 3× annually. He had first invested his money in self-learning while starting these ventures. Despite financial success, he realized it didn’t bring inner peace, and eventually discovered a passion for the real estate industry and investments, particularly in creating passive income and generational wealth.
Early Life and Education
Viraj studied up to FY B.Com in Mumbai but did not complete his degree, making him a school and college dropout who chose to pursue entrepreneurial opportunities instead.
Career Journey
He began by reviving and expanding his family business, achieving 3× growth. While exploring startups, he first invested heavily in self-learning, understanding how to build a business from scratch with no clients, leveraging technology-driven marketing, and developing a strong entrepreneurial mindset. While his ventures grew, he realized financial success alone didn’t bring inner peace, integrity, or satisfaction. He turned inward—through Vipassana meditation—to find life clarity, purpose, and passion. That journey reoriented him toward real estate investments, where he continued learning from industry experts and implementing his knowledge to create sustainable wealth.
