Sudhir Jaiswal was born on 24 August 1992 in Nautanwa, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. He completed his undergraduate studies in commerce from Delhi University and later earned a Master of Business Administration degree in operations management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune.

In 2011, he founded JE Infratech Services Pvt Ltd, through which he executed multiple commercial construction projects across Delhi NCR between 2011 and 2017. One of the notable projects was undertaken for Sohanlal Commodity Management Pvt Ltd at DLF Moti Nagar, New Delhi, covering approximately 7,000 square feet with a project valuation of around ₹2.25 crore.
Apparel and Retail
In 2017, Sudhir Jaiswal entered the apparel industry and launched the fashion brand Wolgun. The brand operated on major e-commerce platforms including Flipkart and Amazon and achieved consistent daily sales volumes, establishing an online retail presence in the Indian apparel market.
