Kumar Harsh, popularly known as Meta Proxy, is an Indian entrepreneur, self-taught developer and technology innovator. He is the founder of Contro VOIP LLC, a telecom-based startup headquartered in the United States, and Controsepticon Private Limited in India. He also established Anime India Private Limited, a merchandising company for anime-based products operating with the registered trademark Anime India.

Early Life and Education

Kumar Harsh was born on 4 March 2002 in Purnea, Bihar, India. He completed his schooling at Poorna Prajna Public School and later pursued his higher studies at the IMI International Maritime Institute. His technical and creative interests shaped his professional direction towards engineering, technology and entrepreneurship.

Career

After completing his education, Kumar joined the Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC), the world’s largest shipping organization, as a cadet in 2022. He sailed professionally until January 2024, gaining discipline, operational experience and exposure to global industry frameworks.

Entrepreneurial Journey

In March 2025, Kumar transitioned from merchant navy service to entrepreneurship and launched Contro VOIP LLC, a telecom startup based in the United States. In parallel, he established Controsepticon Private Limited in India to support operational expansion and service integration. After achieving profitability and stable scalability, he reinvested to build Anime India Private Limited, an anime merchandise brand offering collectibles and accessories.
