Jitender Arora completed his Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from the University of Delhi. He earned a Master of Science in Consultancy Management from BITS Pilani and later completed an Executive MBA from Cornell University. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Risk Management, London, and a Certified Corporate Director as well as Fellow of the Institute of Directors.

Jitender Arora has built a distinguished career in risk management across international financial organizations. He has served as Director of Risk Management at American Express and Credit Suisse. He later held the role of Managing Director and Head of Risk at State Street Corporation India, where he led enterprise-wide risk frameworks and governance initiatives.
He is the Founder and CEO of Beyondrisx Consulting, a firm focused on risk advisory, governance, and assurance solutions. He is also the Founding Director of the Governance, Assurance and Risk Excellence Foundation, which promotes best practices in governance and risk leadership.
