Harshwardhan Sharma was born on 20 August 1998 in Esagarh village, Ashoknagar district, Madhya Pradesh, India. He completed his schooling at Anand Primary School, Sukhpur, and later studied at Shivpuri Public School, Ashoknagar. He subsequently moved to Kota, Rajasthan, to prepare for NEET at Allen Career Institute before pursuing his MBBS degree from Prayagraj.
