Dr Vishwanand Pattar holds degrees in MA, MSc, MBA, and PhD. He is also academically trained in Life Sciences, Environmental Science, Computer Science, English Literature, Human Resource Management, and Human Capital Management. He has also completed MPhil in Human Resource Management.
He has been conferred Honorary Doctor of Philosophy in Strategic Leadership and Organizational Development by American Management University, California, USA and Honorary Professor of Leadership and Strategic Management by Kennedy University, Paris, France.

He has worked in leadership roles focusing on employee engagement, learning and development, organizational development, and change management. He has also served as HR Business Partner at Corteva Agriscience Global Capability Centre.
