Dharmender Dhari is an Indian business leader and entrepreneur known for his long-standing contribution to the building exteriors, roofing, cladding, and turnkey interior solutions industry. He currently serves as the Skipper at Blooms India Incorporation and as the Managing Director of MYAR Projects Pvt. Ltd.

Early Life

Dharmender Dhari was born on 20 August in Patna, Bihar, India. He later moved to Delhi, where he pursued higher education and began his professional journey in sales and business development within the building materials industry.

Professional Career

Early Career

Dharmender Dhari began his professional career in sales and marketing roles, gaining hands-on experience with architectural and facade products. He worked with New Era Industries, where he was involved in establishing international facade and cladding brands in the Indian market, including Prodema veneer facades, Faveton terracotta facade tiles, and GKD stainless steel wire mesh.

Corporate Leadership

After completing his MBA, he worked with multiple organizations and eventually rose to the position of Regional Head – North India at Fundermax, an Austrian company known for high-pressure laminate facade solutions.

Entrepreneurial Journey

In 2009, Dharmender Dhari took charge as the Skipper of Blooms India Incorporation. Under his leadership, Blooms India became an ISO 9001:2015 certified company with more than a decade of experience in delivering energy-efficient and aesthetically advanced building exterior solutions across India.

In 2017, he also assumed the role of Managing Director at MYAR Projects Pvt. Ltd., focusing on turnkey project execution, including roofing, cladding, doors and windows, interiors, and PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings).

He is also a Co-Founder and former Managing Director of Rezno Laminates India Pvt. Ltd.
