Early Life and Education

Devinder Saini was born on 23 May 1967 in Kurukshetra, Haryana. He completed his schooling at Geeta Higher Secondary School, Kurukshetra. He later pursued higher education at University College, Kurukshetra, where he completed his graduation. In 1989, he earned a postgraduate degree in Public Administration from Kurukshetra University.

Police Career

Devinder Saini was selected through the Staff Selection Commission and appointed as a Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police in 1990. He joined active service on 9 July 1990.

Over the course of his career, he has served in multiple specialized units and districts within Delhi Police. His key assignments include service in the Crime Branch, Anti-Corruption Branch, and Vigilance. He has also worked in several territorial districts, including West District, North-West District, and South District, gaining extensive operational and administrative experience.
