He is the Director of PropNex Realty (a unit of TANMANI PROPNEX PVT. LTD.) and Partner at La Interia, where he specializes in real estate consulting, project development, and interior design solutions. Based in Noida, he has built a strong reputation for trust, transparency, and innovation in the NCR property market.
Early Life and Education
Deepak Chandra was born (6 July 1988) to Bhuwan Chandra, a Govt. Servant, and Geeta Devi, his mother is a Simple House Wife. He was born in a small village of Dist. Ranikhet Uttarakhand and brought up in New Delhi. Born in a Kumauni Brahmin family he belongs to his ancestral village “KOTILA” in Uttarakhand, India.
Deepak Chandra grew up with a keen interest in business, design, and development. Inspired by the rapid urban growth around him, he envisioned a career that would blend entrepreneurship with real estate and design innovation.
He pursued his Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from Delhi University, gaining a strong foundation in business and finance. He went on to complete his Master of Business Administration (MBA), equipping himself with advanced knowledge of strategy and management. To complement his business expertise with legal proficiency, he also earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), providing him with in-depth understanding of property and corporate law.

Deepak’s younger brother, Adv. Rohit Chandra, is a well-known practicing advocate in the Delhi Courts, adding to the family’s reputation for professionalism and dedication.
