Sneha Agarwal is a TEDx Speaker, Soft Skills Trainer, Chef, and Calligrapher based in Pune, Maharashtra.
She began her professional journey as a Management Trainee at iLEAD, Kolkata, and later worked as an HR Manager with the Aditya Birla Group. Since 2017, she has been associated with real estate organizations, focusing on leadership, people management, and process development.
She holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and Marketing from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata.
As a trainer, she conducts workshops on communication, emotional intelligence, confidence building, and personal branding. Her approach integrates creativity, real-world experience, and structured learning.
She is also trained in Baking Arts, Fruit and Vegetable Carving, and Calligraphy from institutions across India, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
