Prabha Mishra
Prabha Mishra is an Indian entrepreneur and the Director of Unnati Corporation, a facility management and security services company based in Muzaffarpur, Bihar. She is also the owner of The Great Indian Kitchen, a family restaurant serving dishes from various Indian states.
Early Life
Prabha Mishra was born on 2 January 1980 in Muzaffarpur, Bihar. After completing her graduation, she worked at ICICI Bank in the loan department.

Career
After her tenure at ICICI Bank, Prabha Mishra founded an NGO focused on employment generation. She soon transitioned into entrepreneurship by establishing Unnati Corporation, which provides facility management, housekeeping, and security services across India. She also expanded her business through STRIDER SECURITY SERVICES Pvt Ltd, a division specialising in security personnel and services.
Under her leadership, Unnati Corporation operates in 16 states across India, serving commercial clients such as banks, retail outlets, and government offices. The company has two key divisions:
- Clean India – providing trained supervisors and housekeeping staff for facility management.
- Suraksha Security Service – providing security personnel and comprehensive security solutions.
In 2023, Prabha Mishra launched The Great Indian Kitchen, a family restaurant in her hometown Muzaffarpur, inspired by her passion for food and the vision of serving authentic dishes from every Indian state.
