He started as an LR Writer, gaining ground-level exposure to transportation documentation, freight movement, and operational coordination. Through consistent performance, he was promoted to Operations Executive and later to Marketing Executive, where he strengthened his client-handling and business development skills.
In 2018, recognizing his leadership ability and results-driven approach, Wheels Logistics promoted him to Senior Manager – Sales and Marketing. In January 2024, after nearly a decade of industry experience, Abu Thair Ahamed founded Prime Translog along with his uncle Mr. Shageer Ahamed, his elder sister Ms. Seema Ashraf Ali, and his brother-in-law Mr. Ashraf Ali Mulki.
