Amit Kumar Dubey was born on 06 September 1988 in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. His early education and professional interests were oriented towards finance, management and legal studies.

He completed his Master of Business Administration in 2008 with a specialisation in Marketing and Finance. He also holds degrees in law, including LLB and LLM. In addition, he has completed executive education programmes from the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur and the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow.

He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Junoon Capital Services Ltd, where he oversees organisational strategy, compliance and operational management. In this role, he leads operations across more than 150 branches and manages a workforce of over 600 professionals.
Prior to his current position, he held senior leadership roles at Satya MicroCapital Ltd, Muthoot Microfin and Satin Creditcare Network Ltd. His responsibilities across these organisations included multi-state operations, credit management, regulatory compliance and business growth.
