Mayur Chandrakant Kamble was born on 13 August 1980 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. He grew up in a family actively engaged in social work. His father, Dr. Chandrakant Kamble, was involved in community upliftment initiatives, particularly for the Charmakar community. From an early age, Mayur Kamble was exposed to social service activities and community organization work.

His early exposure to public life was shaped by the ideology of Shiv Sena founder Balasaheb Thackeray. Over time, his social and organizational work aligned with the leadership of Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray and the youth-focused initiatives led by Aaditya Thackeray.

Education

Mayur Chandrakant Kamble completed his secondary education under the University of Mumbai system. He later pursued a Bachelor of Vocational Education with specialization in interior design. He also appeared for the Bachelor of Legal Studies and Bachelor of Laws program. In addition, he has obtained professional certifications in handmade chappal and sandal making and leather goods production.

He is associated with Shivsena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray) and is known as a loyal Shiv Sainik. His political and social work has been influenced by the ideology of Hindu Hriday Samrat Balasaheb Thackeray and the leadership of Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray and Aaditya Thackeray.

He served as a Director of the Sant Rohidas Charmodyog and Charmakar Vikas Mahamandal, also known as the Leather Industries Development Corporation of Maharashtra, a Government of Maharashtra undertaking. The corporation is commonly referred to as LIDCOM, the Leather Industries Development Corporation of Maharashtra. During his tenure, he worked on coordination between administrative bodies and community organizations related to leather industry workers.

He has held leadership positions in multiple workers’ unions and social organizations, including serving as President of the Charmodyog Kamgar Sena, Suvarnakar Hastakala Kamgar Sena, Bharatiya Charmakar Samaj Unnati Trust, Yogayog Vivah Mandal, Ravidas Charmodyog Railway Boot Polish Workers Association, and the Mumbai Taxi-Rickshaw Drivers and Owners Union.

In addition, he has served as Joint Secretary in YuvaSena, Joint Editor of Ayukta Times, Secretary of Visanji Park Shri Ganeshotsav Mandal, and a member of various civic and institutional committees. He has also participated as a Police Mitra and Mohalla Committee member in Mumbai. He is regarded within party circles as a loyalist Shivsainik, consistently involved in organizational activities and community outreach aligned with the party’s social objectives.
