Rajesh Prasad Gupta was born on 30 January 1990 in Ramgarh, Jharkhand. He completed his schooling at Saraswati Sishu Mandir, Sirka, Argada, Hazaribagh, and later attended J.M. College Bhurkunda, Ramgarh for higher secondary studies. His early life was shaped by strong values of compassion, service, and community support.

Rajesh Prasad Gupta currently serves in government service as part of Coal India’s Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL), Dudhichua Project, where he works as a mining professional. Alongside his professional responsibilities, he has maintained an uninterrupted 21-year journey in social work focusing on medical assistance, emergency aid, and public welfare.
He is recognized for creating a large volunteer network for blood donation, managing emergency support across multiple Indian states, and responding to critical medical needs at all hours. His dedication during the COVID-19 pandemic, when he and his team helped patients from hospitals to cremation grounds, further strengthened his reputation as a committed humanitarian.
