About the Founder – Aseem Hanspal
Aseem Hanspal is a Strategy-to-Execution Consultant, leadership coach, and international speaker with more than 35 years of corporate and consulting experience.
He founded SKOPE Business Consulting (now SEAL) in 2010 and has since guided over 210+ owner-managed businesses and startups through transformation journeys using SEAL’s proprietary frameworks BETT™ and ScaleUp.
Before entrepreneurship, Aseem held senior leadership positions at Larsen & Toubro Ltd. and Max Life Insurance, where he built deep expertise in business strategy, operations, and leadership development.
He has personally coached and mentored over 300+ entrepreneurs across India, Singapore, and Bangladesh and facilitated numerous executive programs on leadership, engagement, and organizational excellence.
