Jeny Joseph Leon
Jeny Joseph Leon (born 25 July 1972) is an Indian AI strategist, enterprise transformation leader, and animal rights activist. She is the Global Director of Transformation – AI & Automation at FIS Global Capital Markets BPS, and the founder of the Jeny Leon Lopez Foundation and EarthSouls Sanctuary.
With more than two decades of leadership experience in banking, capital markets, and financial services, Leon is recognized for driving generative AI adoption, automation at scale, and enterprise re-engineering. Parallel to her corporate career, she has spent over three decades as a grassroots animal rights and environmental campaigner, leading daily care for hundreds of animals, sterilization drives, and advocacy against animal cruelty across India.
