Deepak Chander
Deepak Chandra (born 6 July 1988 in New Delhi, India) is an Indian entrepreneur, real estate developer, and consultant. He is the Director of PropNex Realty (a unit of TANMANI PropNex Pvt Ltd) and Partner at La Interia, specializing in real estate consulting, project development, and interior design. Based in Noida, he has built a reputation for trust, transparency, and innovation in the NCR property market.

Deepak Chandra was born on 6 July 1988 to Bhuwan Chandra (Govt. Servant) and Geeta Devi (Homemaker). Though born in New Delhi, his roots lie in Kotila, Ranikhet, Uttarakhand where he hails from a traditional Kumauni Brahmin family.
He pursued his Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from Delhi University, followed by an MBA, and later earned his LL.B. degree. This unique blend of business, management, and legal education shaped his holistic approach to real estate and entrepreneurship.
