In this role, she was responsible for engaging with students and parents, helping them understand the value of online learning solutions, and driving enrollments. Over her two years at Vedantu, based in Bengaluru, she developed excellent communication and advisory skills while contributing to the company’s mission of making quality education accessible.

In April 2021, Sonam transitioned to Simplilearn as a Senior Account Manager. Here, she played a key role in building client relationships, managing accounts, and supporting learners in identifying the right upskilling programs for their career advancement. Her two years at Simplilearn sharpened her skills in consultative sales, career counseling, and customer success, while also exposing her to the dynamics of the global e-learning industry.
