Career

Amrita Jain began her professional career in 2017, practicing at the Madhya Pradesh High Court with a focus on civil, criminal, service matters, corporate, and other related disputes. She also worked on taxation, IPR, and corporate litigation for clients across Indian and Southeast Asian jurisdictions. She appeared before multiple judicial and quasi-judicial bodies, including the High Court, IPAB, NCLT, CESTAT, and VAT Tribunals.

Since 2017, she has continuously practiced in the Madhya Pradesh High Court, Indore Bench, and other forums, handling civil, criminal, writ petitions, and service law matters. She also regularly appears before District and Sessions Courts in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, and Gujarat, handling both original and appellate side matters.
