Ganesh Kumar D currently serves as Group Chief Business Officer at EBG Group, where he leads business strategy, growth, franchising, licensing, strategic partnerships, and business transformation across the group's portfolio. Prior to this, he was Director of Business Strategy & Marketing at EBG Group.
He served as Global Head – Growth & Strategy at Nibav Lifts & Elite Elevators, leading growth, marketing, and sales initiatives across international markets and supporting the company's expansion into more than 10 countries. Nibav is recognized as one of Asia's leading home elevator brands, with its fifth and largest manufacturing facility located in Chennai.
At Shriram Group, Ganesh was Group Head – Digital Business Growth & Cross Sell, where he led digital growth initiatives across Shriram Finance and other Shriram Group businesses. He played a key role in launching and growing ShriramOne, Shriram's financial services super app, which has crossed 10 million downloads. He also led digital initiatives following the merger of Shriram City Union Finance and Shriram Transport Finance.
He served as Vice President – Growth & Revenue at K12 Techno Solutions, overseeing digital growth, marketing, sales, and revenue initiatives across the company's EdTech businesses and leading large cross-functional teams.
Ganesh Kumar D founded Weet Group and served as its Founder & CEO. Under his leadership, the group built a portfolio of digital media, e-commerce, and D2C brands including WeetNow, Weetmart, Weetkart, Laknew, Being Mother, and RapidSteam 2000. The group's digital communities grew significantly during his tenure, including a Facebook community exceeding 15 million followers.
He joined IncNut Digital during its early growth stage and served as Head – Digital, contributing to the growth of its digital media and e-commerce businesses, including StyleCraze and MomJunction. In 2026, Emami announced the acquisition of a 60% stake in IncNut Digital for ₹321 crore.
