Alongside practice, Reshma reddy passionate about teaching. she trained more than 20 students, guiding them to become confident and skilled PMU professionals. Being part of this industry has been a rewarding experience, and I’m truly honored to serve as a judge for this event and share my knowledge with fellow artists. ---

Early Life

Cherukaplli Reshmareddy was born in Kavali, Nellore district, Andhra Pradesh, India. From a young age, she had a natural inclination toward art, beauty, and detail-oriented work. Growing up in a small town, she was fascinated by the way personal grooming and aesthetics could transform confidence and self-expression.

Her curiosity about beauty techniques grew into a passion during her college years at Aurora Degree College, Hyderabad, where she pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, and Chemistry (Mi.Bi.C). The scientific background she developed there gave her a deep understanding of skin structure, color theory, and hygiene — essential foundations for her later career in cosmetology and permanent makeup.

After completing her degree, Reshmareddy explored various areas in the beauty industry, but it was permanent makeup that resonated most deeply with her. She recognized the transformative impact it could have on clients — from enhancing natural features to restoring confidence for those with skin conditions or hair loss.

Determined to master the craft, she trained under leading PMU experts in India and Dubai, gaining advanced skills in eyebrow microblading, lip blush, scalp micropigmentation (SMP), and corrective techniques. This journey of learning and personal growth laid the foundation for her entrepreneurial leap into founding HR Permanent Makeup & Aesthetic Centre.

International Judging & Industry Recognition

In 2025 NOV, Cherukaplli Reshmareddy was honored with the opportunity to serve as an official judge at PMU Beauty World, one of the most prestigious international permanent makeup and beauty industry events held in Dubai. The competition brought together top PMU artists, educators, and innovators from across the globe to showcase their artistry and set new industry benchmarks.

As part of the judging panel, Reshmareddy evaluated contestants across multiple categories, including eyebrow microblading, lip blush, scalp micropigmentation (SMP), and paramedical tattooing. Her responsibilities included assessing:

Cherukaplli Reshmareddy completed her Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, and Chemistry (Mi.Bi.C) from Aurora Degree College, Hyderabad.
