Abhishek Kumar Pandey founded Mobisafar Services Private Limited in 2015 with the vision to make technology and financial services accessible to every part of India. Under his leadership, Mobisafar has grown into a diversified digital platform that allows local retailers to provide multiple services such as domestic money transfer, Aadhaar Enabled Payment System (AEPS), cash withdrawal, bill payments, mobile recharge, PAN card services, insurance products, travel bookings, courier and logistics solutions, and last-mile e-commerce delivery services through a single app.
He has focused on empowering small retailers by enabling them to become digital service centers, reducing technology barriers and expanding access to financial and digital services in semi-urban and rural areas. Abhishek Kumar Pandey also led the expansion of Mobisafar into logistics with Daakia, a multi-courier platform simplifying parcel booking and shipping for businesses.
His leadership philosophy emphasizes technology for everyone, financial inclusion, entrepreneur empowerment, simple and secure digital services, continuous innovation, and customer-centric growth.
Achievements
Mobisafar Services Private Limited was honored with the India Leadership Awards 2019 under the category “Best Digital Startup for Banking & Non-Banking Services.” The company also received recognition for its efforts to expand banking services and strengthen financial inclusion across India from the Hon’ble Governor of Madhya Pradesh, Shri Mangubhai C. Patel.
