Mohammed Ziauddin Mohammed Nawaz (born 13 July 1990) is an Indian entrepreneur, community leader, and social welfare advocate based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (formerly Aurangabad), Maharashtra. He is the proprietor of Bricks and Bond Construction, AMR Plywood Wholesale, and AMR Estates, and is actively involved in social causes.

He is also an executive committee member of the Hemophilia Society, Maharashtra (Aurangabad Chapter), and the General Secretary of the Bilal Educational and Welfare Society, working extensively in health awareness, education, and hemophilia advocacy.

Mohammed Ziauddin was born on 13 July 1990 in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. He completed his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and subsequently earned his MBA in Marketing (2010) from the Millennium Institute of Management, affiliated with Maulana Azad College, Aurangabad.

Ziauddin founded Bricks and Bond Construction, a civil works firm undertaking construction, infrastructure, and interior projects. The company is recognized for its quality execution and ethical business practices in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.

AMR Plywood Wholesale

In 2016, he launched AMR Plywood Wholesale, catering to the growing demand in the interior design and construction markets. The business supplies premium-quality plywood and allied materials across Maharashtra.

AMR Estates

Ziauddin also operates AMR Estates, a real estate consultancy and brokerage firm involved in residential and commercial property sales and rental services. The firm provides customized property solutions with a focus on transparency and client satisfaction.
