Sanjeev Mishra is an Indian builder and real estate developer based in Prayagraj. Sanjeev Mishra is widely recognized for his visionary contributions to urban development in Uttar Pradesh, pioneering public-private partnerships and creating world-class infrastructure that has transformed the housing and urban landscape of the region.

Early Life

Sanjeev Mishra was born on 9 August 1984 in Prayagraj. He pursued engineering in Lucknow and completed his postgraduate MBA degree.

Career

Sanjeev Mishra began his professional journey after being selected by ICICI Bank. He joined Narayan Sahkari Awas Samiti as secretary and, after completing the project, took over as Managing Director of Narayan Infrahight Private Limited. Under his leadership, Narayan Infrahight became one of the leading developers in the eastern region of Uttar Pradesh. He spearheaded the transformation of housing and urban development by promoting collaboration between public and private sectors. Mishra pioneered the concept of Public-Private Partnership in urban development, integrating private sector roles in onsite infrastructure with public sector offsite infrastructure. His innovative Narayan Vihar Colony project is a model urban development initiative that has been replicated across the region. He also introduced a unique model for land acquisition involving farmers as partners in progress. Beyond development, Sanjeev Mishra advocates corporate social responsibility, focusing on improving living standards for construction workers and supporting education and healthcare in adopted villages. He has led a national movement for self-regulation and ethics in the Indian housing and real estate industry.
