Sumosh completed his Masters in Business Administration at XLRI Jamshedpur. He also earned an Associate Degree in Leadership with AI from ISB Hyderabad.

Sumosh Nair is a senior Learning & Organizational Development leader with over 24 years of progressive experience across hospitality, telecom, retail, and large-scale service organizations in India and international markets. He currently serves as Assistant Vice President – Learning & Organization Development at Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited, leading the organization’s learning and leadership agenda to support business expansion and service excellence. Sumosh has been instrumental in launching Sterling University and embedding a culture of continuous learning.
His career includes leadership roles at ElasticRun, Bahwan International Group (Oman), Tata Teleservices, and Idea Cellular (Aditya Birla Group). He has designed enterprise learning architectures, leadership development frameworks, competency models, and performance consulting initiatives. Sumosh has led large-scale transformation projects focused on leadership acceleration, behavioral change, and talent pipeline development, contributing to measurable improvements in workforce capability and organizational performance.
