As Managing Director and Chief Operational Officer (COO), he successfully navigated the startup through its formative period, establishing the brand in the Indian agrochemical sector. He orchestrated the launch of a franchise model and a digital catalog to expand the company's regional reach and modernize operations. Initially, Abhay personally managed logistics, including unloading the company's first major consignment, demonstrating dedication and resourcefulness. Today, Crop Matrix delivers approximately 10,000 boxes of agrochemical products monthly to farmers across its service regions.
