Rajjat Moreswar Warade
Rajat Moreswar Warade (born 4 July 1994 in Nagpur, Maharashtra) is an Indian entrepreneur, software developer, and motivational speaker. From starting life under a neem tree in Dhantoli, Nagpur, he built two companies—Addvic Technology OPC Pvt Ltd and Biryaan Foods Pvt Ltd—based on grit, discipline, and self-belief.
Early Life
Born to a struggling auto‑rickshaw driver and tuition‑class teacher, Rajat grew up in a semi‑slum in Nagpur. He experienced hardship firsthand while living in a small house with extended family. In 2000, a cancer‑afflicted young woman entrusted his mother ₹160 with a simple message: "Educate the children." That moment ignited his parents’ venture—a footpath shop under a neem tree, which still exists in Dhantoli.
Rajat found early passions in tabla, skating, and cricket, and performed poorly in school—earning 52% in 10th and 48% in 12th grade. He later enrolled in a Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication, but left just before the final semester to pursue opportunity in Pune.
Career
In Pune, Rajat worked tirelessly:
- 10 AM–7 PM – Graphic Designer at UI Technology
- 8 PM–1:30 AM – Web Developer at Layer Software Pvt Ltd
- Midnight–Dawn – Intern at SpotOn Software, working from home
He lived this routine for an entire year before launching his own ventures.
