Early Life
Likha Robin was born on 23 April 1990 in Doimukh, Papum Pare District, Arunachal Pradesh, India. From an early age, he was involved in youth activities and community initiatives in his region.
Education
Likha Robin completed a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rajiv Gandhi University, Rono Hills.
Career
Likha Robin serves as the General Secretary of the Arunachal Taekwondo Association. He held the position from 2021 to 2025 under the presidentship of Dr. Kipa Kahaa and was re-elected as General Secretary for the term 2026–2030 under the presidentship of Pasang Dorjee Sona.
Likha Robin is also the President of the All Nyishi Youth Association Papum District Unit for the term 2024–2027. In addition to these roles, he has represented the community as the male representative of the 110 Megawatt Pare Hydro Electric Project operated by NEEPCO Ltd. in Doimukh.
His previous leadership roles include serving as the General Secretary of the Likha Youth Association under the presidentship of Nilly Likha Tado, President of Youth Association Rose Panchahat from 2012 to 2015, and Vice President of Doimukh Youth Association. During his school years, he participated as an active member of the National Service Scheme.
Likha Robin also serves as the Action Chairman and Sports Incharge at Government Higher Secondary School Doimukh. Additionally, he holds the role of Treasurer in the Papum Pare District Border Committee under the chairmanship of Nabam Akin Hina.
Philanthropy
Likha Robin has taken part in initiatives related to the Assam–Arunachal boundary issue with the objective of maintaining peace and the status quo in the region. His activities reflect involvement in community welfare and youth engagement.
