Badam Sreenivas was born on 20 June 1970 in Nagarkurnool. He topped the Mahaboob Nagar district in 1994 D.S.C (SA, Mathematics), marking the beginning of his distinguished career in education.

Badam Sreenivas holds an M.Sc and a B.Ed degree, which laid the foundation for his teaching career in mathematics.
Career
Badam Sreenivas began his career as a topper in mathematics and went on to work as a C.O. Spark faculty at Narayana Group for four years in Vizag and Hyderabad. He then served as a Senior Mathematics faculty member at Sri Chaitanya, Archana campus, Hyderabad, for six years. Following this, he was the Head of Department at Krishnamurthy's IIT Academy for six years. In 2011, he established I Spectrum JEE Academy at Nallakunta. Under his leadership, I Spectrum was awarded the Best IIT Coaching Centre in Hyderabad by Prime Time Media Delhi in 2014. He expanded the institution by starting I Spectrum Group of Institutions in Madhapur, which includes separate residential campuses for boys and girls, and a day campus in Suchitra in 2026. All campuses are fully digitized and paperless.
Achievements
I Spectrum JEE Academy, founded by Badam Sreenivas, received the Best IIT Coaching Centre in Hyderabad award by Prime Time Media Delhi in 2014.
