He shaped DSAT from a services-driven firm into a globally positioned, IP-led logistics technology company by shifting from short-term projects to long-term product ownership, building over 16 proprietary software platforms and expanding through JVs across the Middle East, North and South America. He scaled DSAT globally and positioned it on a path toward a $100 million valuation.
