She has facilitated leadership development experiences for senior leaders at renowned organisations including Microsoft, Accenture, Unilever, Cisco, Google, Deloitte, PwC, Starbucks, Genpact, and TCS.
As a senior facilitator, leadership consultant, and client director, she has worked with leaders across cultures and geographies, assisting them in navigating the human tensions that arise under pressure, complexity, and change. Marut is also the founder of Leaders Shelf, a leadership ideas platform and newsletter that combines research, lived experience, and practical insight for senior leaders managing complex organisational environments.
Her current work explores Leadership Drift and Leadership Equilibrium, focusing on how capable leaders can move away from their best leadership under sustained pressure and how awareness and regulation can help them regain balance.
