Born on 28 April in Aurangabad and raised in Kolhapur, Nikhil Namit grew up in an academic family; both his parents were professors at the University of Mumbai. Although raised with strong academic discipline, Nikhil developed a fascination for creativity, storytelling, and cinema from a young age.
He often recalls a defining childhood incident that reshaped his life — being caught cheating in school. His father’s disappointment that day became the fuel that drove him to success. Two years later, his parents were invited as chief guests at his school’s annual function — a moment that marked his personal redemption and renewed determination.

Nikhil completed his Engineering at Atharva College of Engineering, Mumbai, New York Film Academy (Los Angeles, USA), London School of Business Administration ( United Kingdom ) where he developed an international perspective on direction, production, and creative leadership.
Armed with a Credential in Financial Management from the London School of Business Administration, he seamlessly bridges the worlds of cinema, business, and creative innovation — combining financial acumen with visionary leadership.
He also earned The Credential of Financial Management from the London School of Business Administration (United Kingdom) in 2024, having completed advanced coursework in:

Under the mentorship of Atul Agnihotri and encouragement of Alvira Khan Agnihotri, Nikhil became the CEO of Reel Life Production Pvt. Ltd., a leading film production house. His tenure as CEO saw the production of several commercially and critically acclaimed films including:

NS Retails
In 2013, Nikhil founded NS Retails, which operates Being Human Clothing franchise stores across major Indian cities like Pune, Nagpur, Indore, and Surat. The venture rapidly expanded to nine outlets and earned recognition for its innovation and excellence in retail performance.
Naadkhula Music
