Chandan Sharma is an Indian journalist, news anchor, and media personality popularly known as the Fearless Voice of Kannada Media. With over 15 years of experience, he has worked with leading Kannada news channels including JanaSri News, Suvarna News, BTV News, TV9 Kannada, and Power TV. He is currently the Chief Editor of Vistara News, where under his leadership the channel increased its TRP from 7 to 23 within five months.

Chandan Sharma was born on 31 December 1987 in India. From an early age, he was passionate about storytelling, music, and social issues, which later shaped his career in journalism.
Career
Chandan began his career in 2010 as a news anchor at JanaSri News, quickly gaining recognition for his fearless reporting style. He went on to work with Suvarna News, BTV News, and TV9 Kannada, where he became known for impactful anchoring and editorial leadership.
From 2018 to 2023, he served as the Chief Editor of Power TV Kannada, becoming one of the youngest editors to lead a major news channel. During this period, he focused on in-depth reporting, bold editorials, and impactful stories that set benchmarks in Kannada media.
In 2023, he joined Vistara News as Chief Editor. Under his leadership, the channel witnessed rapid TRP growth, making it one of Karnataka’s most influential voices in regional news.
