Prem Vora
Prem Vora (born 5 November 1991, Borivali, Mumbai) is an Indian businessman and entrepreneur, best known as the youngest President of The Electric Merchants Association (EMA), Mumbai. He represents the third generation in his family business and is recognized for bringing modern leadership, innovation, and youth-centric initiatives to the historic association.
Early Life and Education
Prem Vora was born on 5 November 1991 in Borivali, Mumbai, Maharashtra, into a family deeply rooted in business. He completed his Bachelor’s in Mass Media followed by an MBA in Advertising, which equipped him with the skills to blend traditional business practices with modern strategic vision.
Career
Coming from a legacy business background, Prem Vora is a third-generation businessman. He rose to prominence by becoming the youngest president in the history of the Electric Merchants Association (EMA), Mumbai, one of the city’s oldest and most influential trade associations established in 1937.
Under his leadership, EMA has significantly expanded its social welfare outreach, collaborating with government initiatives and ensuring benefits for both merchants and staff members.

- PAN & Aadhaar Update Services: EMA facilitated PAN and Aadhaar card update camps, bringing government services directly to merchants and employees.
- Healthcare Tie-ups: Through EMA Cares, tie-ups were made with leading hospitals like Bhati Hospital, Saifee Hospital, and Reliance Hospital, ensuring hospitalization discounts and health benefits for members and staff.
- Education & Welfare: Free distribution of thousands of notebooks to children of staff members, reflecting his commitment to community upliftment.
