Prahalad Singh Patel, also known as Priyansh Singh Patel, is an Indian business strategist and entrepreneur based in Pune, Maharashtra. He is the CEO and Managing Director of Prowave Consultants Pvt. Ltd., specializing in RealTech, PropTech, FinTech, and InsureTech solutions. With over 23 years of experience, Patel is recognized for his leadership in sales, marketing, insurance, finance, and real estate.
Early Life
Prahalad Singh Patel was born on 30 August 1984 in Shajapur, Madhya Pradesh. He later moved to Pune, Maharashtra in 2009, where he continues to live and work.

Over the years, he held leadership roles such as Regional Manager, Area General Manager, Assistant Vice President, and Cluster Head.
He transitioned into real estate, contributing to organizations such as XRBIA Developers, Maestro Realtek, Justo Realfintech, and Believe Properties, where he served as Vice President.
In December 2020, he founded Prowave Consultants Pvt. Ltd., a multidisciplinary firm bridging real estate, fintech, insuretech, and consulting services. Under his leadership, the company has partnered with reputed developers, managed sales mandates, and built a network of over 2500+ channel partners across India.
