Philosophy
Pancha Koshas follows a philosophy of teaching aerial yoga as a discipline that combines strength, restoration, and mindfulness. Its approach is characterized by:
- Inclusive learning – hammocks support all levels, including beginners, those with injuries, or individuals with stiffness, ensuring safe practice.
- Structured progression – tiered courses from basics to advanced levels.
- No rushed drops – focus on control, alignment, and breath rather than quick tricks.
- Rooted in tradition – yoga’s essence is maintained, even in aerial practice.
