Vipin Kumar Gangwar is an Indian Government Officer based in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. He currently holds the position of Chief Inspector of Government offices in Uttar Pradesh, overseeing inspections and training related to the Right to Information Act 2005 and the Uttar Pradesh Janhit Guarantee Act 2011.

Early Life

Vipin Kumar Gangwar was born on 02 July 1967 in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.

Education

He completed a Bachelor's degree in Sanskriti, followed by a Postgraduate degree in Sociology. He also holds an MBA in Human Resources, a Postgraduate Diploma in Rural Development, a Postgraduate Diploma in Disaster Management, a Diploma in the Right to Information Act 2005, and a Diploma in Phalit Jyotish.

Career

Vipin Kumar Gangwar began his career as an Administrative Assistant in the District Courts of Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, serving from 01 January 1990 to 19 December 2005. Since 20 December 2005, he has been serving as the Chief Inspector of Government offices in Uttar Pradesh, a state-level position under the Department of Administrative Reforms. His responsibilities include inspecting government offices across Uttar Pradesh and training government officers on the Right to Information Act 2005 and the Uttar Pradesh Janhit Guarantee Act 2011.
